    We are blessed in our day to have many resources we can use to help us find recovery from addiction. One thing I have learned is that I can't manage my sobriety without help from others. I have used tools such as counseling, support groups, and medical professionals to assist me. There is no shame in reaching out for help! It's often the first step that one must take to find the path of recovery.

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)

    SAMHSA’s National Helpline is a free, confidential, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders.

    The Addiction Recovery Program is a 12-step program sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In these meetings, you can find hope and healing from addiction through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

    Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered, 12-step program designed to help individuals recover from various issues like addiction, hurt, and pain. It provides a framework for finding God's healing power and finding a new way of living through a combination of the 12-step principles and eight recovery principles, which are based on the Beatitudes.

    Narcotics Anonymous (NA) is a community of people who support each other to achieve and maintain a drug-free life. The only requirement for participation in NA is a desire to stop using drugs.

    Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) is a global, peer-led mutual-aid fellowship dedicated to helping individuals recover from alcoholism and maintain sobriety. Founded in 1935 by Bill Wilson and Dr. Bob Smith in Akron, Ohio, AA operates on the principle of one alcoholic helping another through shared experiences, support, and a structured program for recovery.
